  • Internal services of MEDIAPOST: the departments which are in charge of the execution of the subscribed services, in particular Customer Service, Sales Administration ...
  • To external providers of MEDIAPOST: technical service providers, including subcontractors;
  • To commercial partners of MEDIAPOST, after having informed you beforehand and having allowed you to express your choices thanks to a checkbox.

Can your Personal Data be transferred outside the European Union?
MEDIAPOST carries out all the processing of your Personal Data in the territory of the European Union (EU).

However, for certain specific services, MEDIAPOST may use subcontractors established outside the EU. Certain Personal Data can then be communicated to them for the strict needs of their missions. In this case, in accordance with the regulations in force, MEDIAPOST requires its subcontractors to provide the necessary guarantees for the supervision and securing of these transfers, in particular by signing standard contract clauses of the European Commission.

For how long does La Poste Group keep your Personal Data?
The retention period of your Personal Data depends on the service subscribed. MEDIAPOST undertakes not to keep your Personal Data beyond the time necessary to provide the service, plus the retention period imposed by the applicable rules on legal prescription.

Are your Personal Data protected?
MEDIAPOST undertakes to take all measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data and in particular to prevent it from being damaged, erased or unauthorized third parties having access to it.
In accordance with the commitments made in the La Poste Group's Data Charter, the processing performed may be subject to audit.
Furthermore, in the event of a security incident affecting your Personal Data (destruction, loss, alteration or disclosure), MEDIAPOST undertakes to comply with the obligation to notify personal data breaches, particularly with the CNIL.

What are your rights on your Personal Data?
You have the right at any time to exercise with MEDIAPOST the rights provided for by the applicable regulations applicable to personal data, subject to fulfilling the conditions:

  • Right of access: you can have communication of your Personal Data subject to treatment by MEDIAPOST;
  • Right of rectification: you can update your Personal Data or correct your Personal Data processed by MEDIAPOST;
  • Right of opposition, in particular to receive commercial communications: you can express your wish to no longer receive commercial communication from MEDIAPOST or request that your Personal Data be no longer subject to processing;

All requests must be accompanied by proof of identity. MEDIAPOST undertakes to respond to your requests for the exercise of your rights as soon as possible and in any event in compliance with legal deadlines.

Each term beginning with a capital letter has the meaning given to it below.

"Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy" and "Policy" means this Policy describing the measures taken for the processing, operation and management of your Personal Data and your rights as a data subject.

"Personal Data" : Refers to any information relating to you that identifies you directly or indirectly.

"Processing" : Refers to any transaction or set of transactions applied to your Personal Data.

"Person in charge of the treatment" : Designates the entity of the group La Poste which carries out the treatment of your Personal Data.
